Immersed in design from an early age, Leslie had an upbringing that shaped a discerning eye for detail and a deep appreciation for how spaces support the way people live. Leslie studied Interior Design at the University of Oklahoma’s Gibbs College of Architecture, building a foundation rooted in both creative vision and technical expertise.

After college, Leslie began working in hospitality design, focusing on country clubs and city clubs. That experience taught her how to balance comfort and elegance, and how to create spaces that are welcoming, polished, and built to stand up to real life. Early in Leslie’s career, she completed the NCIDQ exam and became licensed in Texas as a Registered Interior Designer, reflecting a commitment to professional standards and enduring quality.

After 16 years of design experience with a reputable design firm, Leslie founded Leslie Foster Interiors (LFI) in 2022 to offer a refined, highly personalized approach to hospitality and residential design for her clients. LFI provides full-service interior design for new builds and renovations, along with furnishings and comprehensive project support, guiding clients from early concept through final installation. The result is a finished project that feels elevated yet livable, thoughtfully tailored, and designed to age beautifully.

Leslie lives in Colleyville, Texas with her husband and their 12-year-old Great Dane, Gus. Outside of the studio, she is usually reading or staying active and always keeping an eye on what is next in design.
With a passion for a craft that is always evolving, Leslie brings curiosity and care to every project, believing the most successful spaces are as functional as they are beautiful, and uniquely reflective of the people who live and use them.
Construction Documentation
The Construction Documentation Package provides a complete set of coordinated drawings and schedules to guide construction with clarity and confidence. Deliverables include detailed floor plans, cabinet details, lighting and electrical plans, elevations, and approved material selections, along with plumbing plans and decorative lighting, hardware, and accessory schedules. Once finalized, the full package is handed off to your general contractor for accurate pricing, permitting coordination as needed, and on-site implementation.
Interior Furnishings
I provide a complete Furniture and Accessories Package that brings your space together with a cohesive, finished look. This includes space planning, sourcing and specifying furniture, rugs, lighting, art, and decor, plus managing orders, tracking deliveries, and coordinating installation. Whether you need a whole home, a whole building or one room, the result is a layered, practical space with pieces selected for comfort, scale, and lasting quality.
Full Service Design
Let me help guide your project from conception to completion. The Full Service Design Package includes everything above- construction documents and interior furnishings- as a comprehensive, turnkey process. From the earliest planning stages through the final layers, I create a cohesive design, produce the documentation needed for accurate execution, and thoughtfully curate every furnishing and finish. I will work with you and the general contractor to manage budgets, timelines, procurement and a final white-glove installation, ensuring each detail is handled with care and the completed space feels polished, elevated, and effortless.
